1. Who we are

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and second factor secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The beta

baanjai is offered as a private beta. It’s provided “as is” and “as available,” may change or be interrupted, and isn’t guaranteed to be error-free. Don’t rely on it as your sole control for any safety- or security-critical purpose.

4. Waitlist & referrals

• Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line; it doesn’t guarantee access or a specific timeframe.
• Each successful referral moves you up the line by a fixed number of spots. Referral standing is for queue position only — it has no cash value and can’t be bought, sold, or transferred.
• We may adjust, withhold, or reset positions and referrals, or remove entries, to correct errors or stop fraud, self-referral, spam, or other abuse.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use baanjai unlawfully or to harm others;
• Access accounts, devices, or data you’re not authorized to manage, or use the product to bypass security controls without authorization;
• Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or the elevation controls;
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the service except as the law expressly permits;
• Submit false signup details or game the referral program.

6. Fees

baanjai is a paid product, including during the beta. Your plan and pricing are shown before you’re charged, and we’ll give reasonable notice before any pricing change.

7. Intellectual property

We own baanjai, its software, and its branding. You keep ownership of the data you put into the service; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service for you.

8. Messages you receive

By signing up you agree to receive transactional emails about your waitlist entry and account. If you opt in to texts, our SMS Terms apply. You can opt out of email via the unsubscribe instructions and of SMS by replying STOP.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, baanjai is provided without warranties of any kind, and we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

10. Termination

You can stop using baanjai and ask us to delete your entry or account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.

11. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We may update them as the product evolves; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
