Program description

The baanjai SMS program sends transactional and operational text messages to numbers that have opted in — for example, security and elevation alerts you configure, account and sign-in notices, and waitlist updates. We don’t send marketing texts.

Opting in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, when enabling SMS alerts in the console). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using baanjai.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the alerts you enable and the activity on your account.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier; baanjai doesn’t control or set them.

Opt out — text STOP

Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we’ll send a single confirmation and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may continue to receive non-SMS notices (such as email).

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s and device’s capabilities and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver these texts on our behalf.

Changes

We may update these SMS terms as the program evolves; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
